Kent Arnold is long time builder, developer and Realtor in Jonesboro, Arkansas, with several commercial and residential developments to his name. Some of the developments include Country Meadow Collection, Cayman Place, Club Place,Caraway Place and Key Place, representing over 600 homes built and miles of streets and infrastructure.

Some of the larger master planned developments include Sage Meadows, Bobcat Trail and Lakeside Plantation. All master planned developments were developed while serving as President and principal of KEB, INC.

Sage Meadows is a 500 acre master planned golf development located in Jonesboro, Arkansas, with a Tommy Bolt Signature golf course as it's centerpiece and 700 home sites.  Sage Meadows offers a diverse product mix of Patio homes, Garden Homes and Estate homes up to 4000 square feet. Prices range from $125,000 to $400,000

Bobcat Trail is a master planned golf development located in Sarasota County, Florida, in the city of Northport. Bobcat Trail is a 500 acre master planned golf development with a Bob Tway Signature golf course as it's centerpiece and 800 home sites developed including Condo's, Patio homes, Mini Estates and Estates. Prices range from $160,000 to $450,000.

Another master planned development includesLakeside Plantation in Sarasota County, Florida.  Lakeside Plantation has 800 home sites including Condos, Patio Homes and Garden Homes.  Lakeside Plantation has a 5000 sq ft beautifully appointed clubhouse complete with exercise room, swimming pool, clay tennis courts and playground for the kids. Prices range from $150,000 to $350,000.

The largest master planned development owned and developed by KEB, INC is called Panacea. KEB purchased Panacea in 1997 and subsequently brought it to market through an up to date development order. Panacea is a 2300 acre Development of Regional Impact in Sarasota County, Florida. The development order for the site included 3500 homes entitled and over 2,000,000 sq ft of commercial. Panacea was developed over a period of years and the Lakeside Plantation development is within it's boundaries.  KEB also sold the Sarasota County a 200 acre school site which includes land for an elementary, middle school, and high school. Riley Chase apartments a 200 unit multifamily development was developed within Panacea and the interchange of Interstate 75 and Toledo Blade has been permitted for a 10 story hotel as well as restaurants and other facilities.

Arnold Group specializes in larger commercial projects including master planned commercial developments of multi family projects as well as big box users, shadow centers and golf course developments.
